Gas cookers and oven thermostats

For over 70 years, Sabaf has designed and manufactured a wide range of thermostats for gas cooking appliances. The gas thermostats are used in free-standing cookers and built-in ovens and are available in the one- or two-way versions (to power the oven and grill burners) and with or without a flame failure device.

Sabaf thermostats have always been considered the highest level of quality and safety available on the market and are approved by the most stringent international standards including European (CE), USA (CSA) and SASO (Saudi Arabia).

Sabaf thermostats can boast of exceptional characteristics of precision in regulating the temperature set (±10°C in the whole field of regulation). The minimum flow rate is determined by the regulation by-pass, an exclusive design by Sabaf.

Opportune electronic or electromechanical systems allow activating one or more devices such as, for example, a timer for programmed switching off. Our thermostats can also be fitted with micro-switches to light the burners or for any further functions (fans, oven light, etc.).
